Carawine Gorge in 2007. Doesn't look like this now, most of the trees are gone after a big flood.


Same area in 2012, big trees gone, lush new growth along the water line making access nearly impossible. Nice grassy campsites downstream though.

Might be the same mob of twenty that crossed in front of us a bit east of Warburton.
Didn't stand out very well in the middle of the day so would hate to come across them after dark

Tony did the video work for you? I didn't work for me which is strange since it works fine for me on my test site.

Actually we very nearly hit a large one which dashed across the road just after leaving the Olgas.

Didn't work for me. I get the Q image with a question mark on it.

Video worked fine for me. But then again Macs have the quicktime codec already operational from setup.

Yes just back for a couple of days, then away down south. I just tried the new first link on the PC, iPad and iPhone, fail on all, but the second link works on everything. Figure that out!

Well I'm glad it's not just me. First one no good, second one works fine. Same format, same upload process, same source. I restarted Safari, rebooted, updated Perian, no difference. Same movie works fine from my test site. Weird.

Would be nice to show a thumbnail when uploading a video this way.
