Am looking to mount a 12,000 winch to #210 does anyone have pictures or diagram that might make this task a little less painful on my tiny brain.

Or do it so it is useful?
Use in the tow hitch front or rear or anywhere you want with an "extension cord" and 400A continuous plugs.
This is a Warn 16.5Ti.

These links may not continue to work once we rename this site later on, but I found them all by using the forum search function and just searching "winch":
www.oka4wd.com/april-2010-otr/521-receiver-mounted-winches#527
www.oka4wd.com/august-2012-otr/332-winches#337
www.oka4wd.com/october-2010/239-winch-mounting#244
www.oka4wd.com/april-2012/108-winch-mounting#112
The last one includes a now non-functioning link back to a photo on the old site, which was a diagram of the winch from the XT parts manual.
At an OKA gathering in Perth a couple of years ago, I took these photos of how a winch is factory-mounted behind the bash plate (not mine):
Beginning from the left:
Left rear:
]
Rear:
Right rear:
Right:
And also a custom hydraulic setup on another vehicle:
