Love to but I can't do school holidays - if I'm still wriggling my toes they'll be in the Kimberley at that time, and on a boat.

If it was early September we could be there, we're heading off in a couple of weeks, Yulara, Warburton, (Hunt Oil Road maybe), Gunbarrel, WA coast and down to Perth.

Sorry Brett, did no have time to start or respond to this as yet, moving house..... hmmmm
Both Brett an myself could not make it last Easter: Brett had health problems and so did I, sort of (I could not be relieved from my job).
I think Richard suggested this time last year to meet in the Mid-West area, maybe that is a good place to start, as a first suggestion.

Or in Harrissmith, and we can all admire the 6X6 OKA.
Brett and David indicated early September. If the gathering is in the (Sept-October)school holidays, I will be attending, as my holidays has been approved, and these holidays are earmarked to head out in the OKA; so if there is gathering, then this will become part of the holiday trip....

What about a wildflower run? Going to be a cracker of a season this year. David, If you are going to be in the area you are welcome to drop in, likewise with anyone else.

I can probably do early September. Will be in Shark Bay last week of August. I hope Hank can make it - after doing lots of organising last time and then missing out... Richard and Bev House have access to a property around the area Hank has mentioned, Monger's Lake in Latham.

End of August I will be in Shark Bay fishing too.
Harrismith Town has bus tours & wild flower walk trails.
2nd weekend could be a good date.
Location, if here I will have all the OKAs. Elsewhere only 1 maybe 2.

Sorry everyone, but nothing happening at Lake Springs this year with the wildflowers. They had some rain in May, which germinated the wildflowers. Since then it has been dry, 3mm in six weeks, so everything has died. Maybe next year will be the year! Even the sheep are struggling to find a feed!
